The August edition of Gramophone Magazine features a great review of Adam’s recent classical works album, on Heritage Records.

A new album of some of Adam’s orchestral concert works is released this coming Friday, 1st May. The recording features performances by the Royal Ballet Sinfonia with conductors Pete Harrison, Gavin Sutherland and Barry Wordsworth.

Making a great start to the new year, the Royal Ballet Sinfonia, conducted by Pete Harrison, spent two days in Henry Wood Hall recording some of Adam’s concert works for a forthcoming album of his music on Heritage Records.

Adam’s ‘Journey to Lapland’ will be performed by the BBC Concert Orchestra, conducted by Gavin Sutherland, on TV on Christmas Day. The performance is part of ‘A Classical Christmas’ which will be on BBC4 at 8pm.

The Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Pete Harrison, will give the world premiere performance of Adam’s new Christmas concert work, ‘Parade of the Snowmen’  this evening at Exeter University Great Hall, with further performances tomorrow at the Lighthouse, Poole, and on Monday 22nd December at the Guildhall, Portsmouth.

Adam has just returned from some busy sessions for Sonoton Music at AIR Studios this week, recording new compositions for a forthcoming production music album of contemporary blockbuster action music. As well as Adam’s music, there were also compositions written by Mark Cousins, who co-produced the album with Adam. The terrific orchestra was conducted by Stephen Bell.

The first of several performances of Adam’s concert works in Sweden during December and the new year, the Jönköpings Symphonic Orchestra included ‘Fairytale Sleighride’ in their concert this evening. Further performances in Sweden will be by the Gislaved Symphony Orchestra on the 13th December and 17th January, 2026.

Adam had an enjoyable time in Prague this week, recording two new albums of his compositions for Banijay / Universal Production Music. The orchestra was conducted by Pete Harrison, with sessions produced in partnership with Mark Cousins.
